When Lissa, Dani, Kyle, and I arrived in Bohol, I had planned a different itinerary from what everyone else had in mind. Lissa, Dani, and Kyle have all never seen the Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers before, so when we landed in Bohol, they went straight to sight-seeing while I made a much-needed appointment with my bed. haha! As much as I love seeing the sights, I was running on no sleep and could really use the shut-eye before the night river cruise.
Lissa was my room mate. Technically she was supposed to have her own room in our awesome 2-bedroom villa but the scaredy cat forced her way into my bed! hahaha! I had no choice. She could wrestle me if she wanted to. haha! Besides, I figured, if there was anything scary to happen, I could use her super strength to shield me! lol. Sorry, Lissa.
Just as I had noticed with all other experiences in Bohol, the people there are really friendly which makes for great pickings when it comes to hospitality staff. And speaking of the island, it also has a lot of activities you can partake in, depending on your fancy. We opted to go dolphin-watching and island-hopping but since there were no dolphins at the time, some of the group just went snorkelling instead.

I think this could be a good place for people who like to get away and be a little secluded to be able to relax as it’s a little bit further from the main beach – perhaps honeymooners and families.
