Going from my awesome experience with Henann Bohol, it was only fitting that I checked out their Boracay resort as well. I heard such good things about the place so I wanted to go check it out for myself. As expected, we had a blast! It was quite fortunate that all our schedules aligned and we were able to go with such a big group. This allowed us to all do our own things during the day but come together every night and celebrate life.

As usual, Laureen and I were roommates and had an awesome view of the pool area and beach. I’m telling you, these guys really know how to accommodate and pamper their guests. You name it, they’ll do it (within reason of course). Just as proof, the feng sui freak in me needed to schedule my hair cut while I was on the island and Henann helped make it happen for me. They even scheduled a team to come to our room so we wouldn’t have to go anywhere. I went from long to short in less than 10 minutes and surprised everyone when I came out! Typical Nicole to go for that shock factor. lol.

This was a fun trip to just unwind with all my friends and make new ones in the process. We got to meet Karl as well and as usual, initiated him into the group with memories that will stay there. haha! A first of many trips like that, I’m sure. Speaking of firsts, it was also the first time I got to do so many things, like dance impromptu with the dancing chefs in front of all the guests in Sea Breeze cafe (which happens to be the biggest buffet selection on the island – no wonder it was packed)! Not being one to back down from a dare, I gladly gave those guys the performance of a lifetime! lol. jk.

It was also the first time I got a private pouy dancing class in the balcony of the presidential suite. *ahem* not to brag but if you guys need a blogging puoy dancer that hosts, I’m your girl! hahaha! The spa experience was also on another level but I’ll talk about that in my next post.

Its no wonder why Henann grew to a resort of 302 rooms even if they started out with only 43. These guys know what they’re doing and the growth with returning hundred of returning guests are proof of just that. The bed had to be one of my highlights, though! It’s so important for me to be able to knock out and get a good night’s rest after a long day of paddle boarding, dancing or what have you and it was almost too hard to leave the bed every morning cause it was just so comfy but if you can make your way out of bed, don’t forget to try the tapa and continental breakfast in Cristina’s! It’s a great way to start the day. 😉
