Do you guys ever get into the habit of saving some of your favourite outfits for special occasions that never really happen? If the answer is yes, then don’t worry! You’re not alone. I have been doing it since I was a little girl and it’s something I’ve been trying over the years but sometimes I just can’t help it! Usually, what ends up happening is you don’t even get to wear the outfit ’cause you either: 1) forgot you had it, or 2) that ‘perfect’ moment just never came. So now you’re stuck with old pieces of clothes that aren’t even on trend anymore. If you know the feeling, then listen up! Let’s help each other through this. haha! My friends have helped me by making fun of me but don’t worry, I won’t do that. Instead, I’ll serve as a reminder that I struggle through it too but I’m forcing myself out of that habit and you can too!

This outfit was just the perfect example. I had so many places I wanted to wear this jacket to but I decided that the moment I got it, I would pack it straight into my suitcase and take it to Sweden with me. That way, I would have to use and re-use some of my beloved, new items right away! And it turns out, I’m pretty happy I did! Not only did I get to snap some awesome photos while on my trip, but I was able to play around with different ways of styling it as well (*see here).

I found the jacket online (Romwe.com) and instantly knew I had to have it. With all the plain pieces I had in my closet, I knew it wouldn’t be difficult finding things to pair this with. For this look, I went for an all-white ensemble to let the jacket be the star of the show and have the bag play the supporting role. But if you’d like, this could also be cute with a denim romper or any A-line / shift dress.

Honestly, if you don’t have the time to go shopping, online shopping is where it’s at! Check out this site to see where I got the jacket and other cool pieces too.
